2. Account and responsibility

• You are responsible for the accuracy of registration data and for safeguarding credentials.
• Activity performed with your credentials and API Keys is your responsibility.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Permitted and prohibited use

• Using the platform for unlawful activities, fraud, money laundering or selling legally prohibited items is forbidden.
• Attempting to bypass limits, security or data isolation is forbidden.
• We may request additional information to verify your operation.

4. Pix payments

Amounts paid by your customers are processed by the partner infrastructure and credited as platform balance, recorded in a financial ledger. Payment confirmation depends on Pix banking processing.

5. Payouts (pilot)

During the pilot, payouts are MANUAL: you request them in the dashboard with your Pix key; HyperPag reviews, executes the Pix and marks it as paid. There is no automatic withdrawal or advance at this stage. Review times may vary.

6. Third-party services

Operation depends on third-party services (such as Asaas and infrastructure providers). Their unavailability may affect the platform and does not constitute breach by HyperPag.

7. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HyperPag is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages arising from unavailability, banking processing delays or account misuse.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts upon violation of these terms, well-founded fraud suspicion or legal requirement, with notice when permitted.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated. Relevant changes will be communicated through platform channels; continued use after effectiveness constitutes acceptance.
